Intake Manifold Spacer Block Modification

Intake Manifold Spacer Block

Once the block was removed, six holes were drilled in each cylinder space to accommodate the copper tubing used for hydrogen injection.

This shows the threading process for the fittings that hold the copper piping.

Once the threading was complete, the fittings could be inserted and set.

Next the copper piping is inserted in the fittings and the block is ready to be installed. Because of the uniquely familiar look of this modified part, it has be fittingly dubbed "the Spider."
