Installation
Now that the engine modification portion of the conversion has been completed, installation of the plumbing, sensors, and wiring can begin.

Shown above are pictures of the custom switches that is mounted on the dash of the vehicle. The switch on the left is the fuel selection switch and is wired to a bank a relays that are mounted on the dash. The button on the right is the emergency fuel shutoff switch.

This is the bank of relays that are mounted on the dash. They tell the engine to run on hydrogen or gasoline/ethanol. Originally we were going to mount the relays on the dash, but later we thought it would be better under the passenger seat. So we made a box to house the relays and keep them safe.
This picture shows the new E.C.U. and the custom bracket. The E.C.U is mounted where the glove compartment goes.
The cam/cylinder position sensor is shown here.

This is the hydrogen fuel line that runs from the tank to the new fuel rail.

Show here is the fuel rail and fuel injectors tightly and efficiently packed into a single unit. Once they were installed, they could be integrated with the hydrogen plumbing.
The aftermarket wiring harness is shown above and is required for the new E.C.U. tell new injectors when to inject hydrogen.

This is the throttle position sensor.
