March 6th 2009: The Corporate Internship Program helps BlueCross of Tennessee develop future talent, while also allowing college students an opportunity to work in a professional environment and to gain practical skills.

In 2008, the Corporate Internship Program brought 25 interns to BlueCross. Three of them went on to be hired, and they continue to contribute to the success of BlueCross.

To be qualified for the program, interns must:
have completed at least two years of school, be recent college graduates, or currently be enrolled in a Masters or Doctoral program
not be BlueCross employees (exceptions exist for employees working part-time and 20 or less hours per week)
