Thank you for your interest in the Learning and Leadership Doctoral Program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Our multidisciplinary program is designed for professionals interested in enhancing leadership skills and knowledge of the learning process in a variety of settings.
The core program is offered via hybrid/blended delivery (i.e., periodic face-to-face meetings on evenings and weekends supplemented by extensive online discussions and self-directed projects).
Due to the cohort nature of the program, we do not offer rolling admission. Typically, applications are accepted November-February for the new cohort(s) at sites in Chattanooga, TN; Kingsport, TN; and/or Martin, TN. Newly admitted cohort members are required to attend a one-time orientation/induction experience in Chattanooga during the summer months. The specific dates of the induction will be announced by the program office.
