Distance Learning Application Information
If you are interested in the program, please complete the attached application for the online program. Then e-mail or fax (423-425-2228) it along with a copy of your most recent transcript. You may use an unofficial copy. Send them to Dr. Helen Eigenberg. If you have questions you may call (423-425-4135) or send an e-mail.
Remember, to enroll in the program you also must be admitted to the university. See the Admissions web page for UTC deadlines and more information on applying.
