The Department is pleased to participate in the University's Women's Studies program. CRMJ 425: Gender and Crime and CRMJ 295: Violence Against Women are two of the courses that may be taken to meet the major or minor requirements. Criminal justice faculty also are involved with the Program and several faculty members have research expertise in area. Faculty also have participated in the development of the newly created Women's Center and the Transformation Project which works with campus and community partners to reduce violence against women, including relationship violence, sexual assault, stalking and sexual harassment
