Terms of Equipment Loan [Read carefully]
  • All late equipment will be assessed a $25 per day fee.
  • I agree to take responsible care of the University's equipment and to return it to the Communication Department on the due date in the same condition it was before my use.
  • I assume responsibility for all damages arising from my use of said equipment and agree to pay for any repairs required to return equipment to the condition it was in before my use, or the cost of replacement if required.
  • I will not loan, share or give said equipment to any person, including those in my class or major.
