Black Creek Golf Club at Cummings Cove, Chattanooga, TN
11:30 am - lunch will be served at clubhouse
12:00 pm - tournament starts (four-person select shot)
$75 (includes greens fees, golf cart, golf shirt, and food/drink)
Notes: Entry is limited to the first 100 fully-registered players.
Entry fee must be received to be considered fully-registered.
Deadline to enter is October 17th.
Foursomes will be grouped based on handicap.
