Pre-Registration Advisement: What to Bring

During the Pre-Registration process, students will provide the Adviser with:

1. a current, accurate RAP sheet for each of your business majors. RAP sheets should list the major and catalog year you plan to graduate under. Please bring ALL pages. RAP sheets are available online through the “Student Information” screen on MocsNet. If you are changing majors, please submit a completed major change form to Records, 109 Race, before you are advised.;
   
   
2. a current, accurate course schedule for the term in session. Student schedules are available online through the “Student Information” screen on MocsNet.;
   
   
3. a print out the path sheet for your major and catalog year. Students should cross out the courses already completed or registered in. Path sheets are available online at www.utc.edu/ Business/advisementpathsheets.php.;
   
   
4. an Advisement Form showing their tentative academic plan beginning with the current semester and following with the next three concurrent semesters (four semesters total). This form is interactive. Students should type in the appropriate fields, the classes they plan to take each semester.
   

All students must attempt to create a four-semester plan. Students will be responsible for utilizing their RAP sheet, online path sheets, course catalog and other handouts as a guide for creating their academic plan.

Online timetables are not relevant for academic advisement and will may be available for Pre-Registration Advisement.
