James was active in the UTC chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, the accounting and finance honors society. He was a member of the American Foundrymen Society. James spent six years in the National Guard and two years active duty in the Army. He enjoys reading military books, scuba diving, learning and playing with his children.
After graduation James plans to continue working in the private sector.
