Wayne is Vice President of Marketing/Communications at United Way of Greater Chattanooga. He led the United Ways of Tennessee state marketing committee; improving communication among United Ways across America. He is the executive-level officer and public relations director for Knights of Columbus Council 6099 in Chattanooga. In the past year, Wayne has contributed more than 100 hours to community and church services. He served as a public affairs officer for the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.

Wayne completed the MBA program in December 2007.
