Diane Loyd

“My commitment to volunteerism began when I was in highschool, and I believe it will continue for the rest of my life. There is no greater feeling than the feeling you get from helping others.”


Diane has completed a nine-month internship with the Accounts Department of Marriott Hotel in London, England.  She has worked the last 12 months as an intern in the Business Services Department at TVA in Chattanooga, TN.  Diane also served as assistant director for one of UTC’s resident dormitories.  She has held several leadership positions on campus including president of Students in Free Enterprise and president of national convention delegate for Omega Phi Alpha National Service Organization.  Diane is a member of Beta Alpha Psi and Coxswain, UTC’s rowing team.
